- Background including Lean Manufacturing techniques and ISO 9001-2008 is highly desirable
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology or Business
- Five years experience in shop floor electronic contract manufacturing management, high mix low to mid volume
- Strong mechanical ability with SMT, Through Hole, AOI, Selective Solder, conformal coat and wave solder equipment
- Team player that understands the importance of collaboration and strong communication skills
