Trials

Evaluate a TUTOR for TWO WEEKS! A TUTOR with Menus will be shipped without charge on the request of an educator or on the receipt of a Trial Order. There is NO OBLIGATION, simply determine the usefulness and if purchase is not timely, return the items.

Rentals

Any TUTOR - Data Selector may be rented with rental fees at the monthly rate of ten percent (10%) of the purchase price. A Rental / Purchase Option allows the rentals paid for eleven months to qualify for purchase. After the eleventh consecutive payment, the TUTOR becomes the property of the renter.

Warranty

Instruments are warranted to be free of any defect and to operate as in published information. If within two years there is any malfunction, not caused by misuse or inadvertent damage, the instrument will be restored to normal and returned at no charge.

Repairs / Replacement / Return Goods

Should you have a product that is in n eed of repair or if you would like to return a product, please call 1-800-345-5123 and request a RMA#. State the reason you would like to return the product. If you would like an estimate on repair, we will be happy to give you an estimate prior to beginning any work. Return of goods must be made with 90 days of purchase.
